Greetings and Hello! I'm Carol Fitzgerald and I want to welcome you to my site and say thank you for stopping by.
If you want to incorporate wonderful vegan recipes as you consider switching your diet and lifestyle to one that comprises vegan-plant-based foods, you’ve come to the right place.
This website and guide contains everything I’ve learned and discovered since I have been on this quest. I wasn’t always a vegan or a plant-based eater. In fact, I ate the typical All American Standard fare: Chicken, Meat, Fish, Cheese, Eggs and Dairy. Now, I eat none of that and my diet is more healthy than it’s ever been.
- You will learn that a vegan or Plant-based diet is not really a diet at all but a lifestyle change. Keep in mind that you don’t have to do it all in one fell swoop. Take baby steps by starting to incorporate healthier vegan recipes in your daily meals little by little.
- You will see that it’s all about healthy eating.
- You will see that it’s not at all confining as many people seem to think. There is a plethora of mouth-watering foods from which there is no shortage.
- You will learn that a vegan-plant-based diet can not only prevent diseases but it can also reverse them. And, I’m talking about the biggies such as: Heart Disease, Cancer and Diabetes (studies are proof positive)! Naturally, this is by no means a complete list. There are many more ills and maladies that it also helps.

As Dr. T. Colin Campbell says, “There are no nutrients in an animal based diet that are not better obtained in a plant-based diet.”
The vegan-plant-based way of eating is about regaining your lost health. And if you are already feeling well, then it’s about staying well. I’m here to show you how this can be a fact in your life.
The vegan-plant-based way of eating is not nearly as difficult as some people think. Even though contrary to some, studies show that it is CERTAINLY a very healthy way of eating. If you like to eat like I like to eat, believe me, with the vegan recipes you will not only NOT go hungry, you will also feel great.
